Terms of service.

Scene is operated by FBK Social ("we"). By creating an account you agree to these terms and our community guidelines. You must be at least 16, and at least the age of majority in your province or state to enter paid collaborations.

You own your content. By posting you grant Scene a non-exclusive license to display it within the product. You are responsible for what you post and for honoring deals you enter with other members; Scene is a venue, not a party to your agreements.

Paid features (such as paid Spaces or listings) are billed through Stripe; fees are shown before you pay. We may suspend accounts that violate the guidelines or the law.

The service is provided as-is while in early access. We may update these terms; continued use after changes means acceptance. Questions: hello@fbksocials.com.
